Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with a focus on blockchain to join our growing team and drive the adoption of Cherry Servers’ bare metal solutions in the Web3 ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply engaged in the blockchain and crypto space, understands the infrastructure needs of validators, miners, and Web3 companies, and can combine sales expertise with technical curiosity to deliver real value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem, including validator operators, RPC providers, staking services, and blockchain foundations.
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across blockchain projects, exchanges, DeFi protocols, and infrastructure providers.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of Cherry Servers’ bare metal infrastructure for blockchain workloads, such as high throughput, low latency, and dedicated resources.
Work closely with Marketing and Engineering teams to align sales strategy and feature roadmap with blockchain ecosystem trends.
Attend industry events, conferences, and community calls to represent Cherry Servers and establish thought leadership in Web3 infrastructure.
Maintain an active presence in blockchain communities, engaging authentically to build trust and expand Cherry Servers’ visibility.
Track customer feedback and market insights, sharing them internally to shape product development and improve service offerings.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.
Skills and Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within cloud, infrastructure, or blockchain-related companies.
Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems (validators, RPC infrastructure, staking, or DeFi).
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable engaging in blockchain communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc.) and representing a brand authentically.
Technical curiosity about Linux, networking, and server infrastructure (deep expertise not required but a plus).
Ability to work independently in a remote-first team and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
