IT Support Engineer
Siauliai, LithuaniaWe are looking for an aspiring IT Support Engineer to ensure excellent customer experience for Cherry Servers Cloud Infrastructure Services. You will join a small team of talented engineers to monitor, solve and escalate IT problems as they rise.

As a new IT Support Engineer, get ready to:
- Communicate with customers via live chat and email in a timely and sympathetic manner
- Ensure system uptime and service continuity by monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical issues
- Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and developers to troubleshoot complex technical issues
We expect you to have:
- Good English skills
- The ability to work day / evening / weekend shifts
- Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows OS environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
What Would Make You Shine:
- Linux or Windows server administration experience
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python or Go
- Basic knowledge of cloud-native computing stack (Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)
