Dovilė Minkevičienė

Dovilė is the Head of Customer Success at Cherry Servers, with over 10 years of experience growing alongside the company and working closely with its customers. She has held multiple customer-facing roles at Cherry Servers, including Sales Assistant, Sales Manager, Customer Success Lead, and now Head of Customer Success. Dovile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Šiauliai University, with Customer Experience Management and Coaching Leadership certifications. In her current role, Dovilė leads the customer success function, focusing on long-term customer relationships, service quality, and ensuring that customers get real value from their infrastructure.
